ClipPay
Creator Terms
Last updated October 6, 2026
These Creator Terms apply when you fund campaigns, set bounties, or use ClipPay as a streamer, brand, agency, or campaign organizer ("Creator").
1. Campaign funding
You are responsible for funding reward pools, setting clear eligibility rules, and honoring payouts for qualified clips under your campaign configuration and the ClipPay Reward Rules. Underfunded or misconfigured campaigns may fail to pay.
2. Content ownership & license
You retain rights in your original stream content. Clippers do not automatically own your underlying streams by submitting clips. By launching a campaign you grant ClipPay and participating clippers a limited license to capture, edit, and distribute short clips solely as needed to operate the campaign and Service, subject to your campaign settings and applicable law.
3. Rewards & disclosures
Rewards paid to clippers are not investment returns for you or for participants. Campaign budgets compensate qualified promotional / clipping activity. Do not market bounties, $CP, or SOL payouts as investments or guaranteed returns.
4. Platform & brand compliance
You must comply with Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Facebook, and other platform terms, as well as advertising and disclosure laws in markets you target. You are responsible for required sponsorship disclosures in your streams and briefs.
5. Moderation
You may approve or reject clips per campaign rules. ClipPay may still enforce platform-wide integrity checks (fraud, duplicates, policy). We may pause campaigns that create legal or safety risk.
6. Fees
Platform fees may apply to bounty pools as disclosed in product UI and operator settings. On-chain network fees are separate and paid by the relevant wallet.
7. Contact
Creator support: creators@ClipPay.fun.
These documents describe how ClipPay works today. If anything conflicts with a signed agreement or campaign brief, the more specific terms control. For legal notices use the contacts listed on each page.
