ClipPay
Reward Rules
Last updated October 6, 2026
These Reward Rules explain how ClipPay bounty rewards work for clippers and creators.
1. Qualification
Rewards are paid only for clips that meet campaign rules, Clip Score eligibility, integrity checks, and any creator approvals required by the campaign. Public statuses include Eligible, Reviewing, Approved, Rejected, and Paid.
2. Not investment returns
Platform rewards are compensation for qualified clipping activity — not investment returns, interest, dividends, or profit sharing. Past earnings do not predict future results. Campaign pools can be exhausted; rankings can change as new clips are scored.
3. Scoring & methods
Campaigns may use fixed prizes, top-clip pools, proportional distribution, or creator selection. Clip Score weights are configurable by operators; final payouts are always verified server-side. Client UI estimates are informational only.
4. Currencies
Rewards may be denominated in SOL, $CP, or other units shown in the campaign. Token balances in the UI are not a guarantee of liquidity or secondary-market value.
5. Timing
Review and payout timing depend on campaign settings, creator actions, network congestion, and fraud review. ClipPay does not guarantee a specific settlement date.
6. Withholding & clawback
ClipPay or campaign creators may withhold or reverse rewards for fraud, policy violations, duplicate submissions, ineligible traffic, or chargebacks / failed funding. Internal risk thresholds are not published.
7. Taxes
You are solely responsible for taxes arising from rewards you receive. We may request information required for reporting where legally mandated.
These documents describe how ClipPay works today. If anything conflicts with a signed agreement or campaign brief, the more specific terms control. For legal notices use the contacts listed on each page.
