ClipPay
Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClipPay, including the website, clip workspace, bounty campaigns, wallets, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ClipPay is a technology platform that helps people clip moments from live streams and participate in creator-funded reward campaigns. We provide tooling and infrastructure — we do not guarantee earnings, virality, audience size, or campaign outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Some features may be limited by age, geography, or compliance requirements.
3. Accounts & wallets
You may browse without connecting a wallet. Connecting a Solana wallet enables submissions, rewards, and certain creator tools. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet and for activity from addresses you connect. ClipPay never asks for seed phrases or private keys. We are not responsible for losses caused by compromised devices, phishing, or third-party wallet software.
4. Content & stream rights
Creating or submitting a clip does not mean you own the underlying stream. Streamers, platforms, and other rights holders retain their rights. You must only clip and publish content you are allowed to use under law, platform terms, creator rules, and campaign briefs.
You grant ClipPay a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute your submissions as needed to operate the Service and campaigns you join.
5. Rewards are not investments
Rewards for qualified clipping activity are not investment returns. Bounty pools, $CP balances, and SOL payouts compensate eligible platform activity. Nothing on ClipPay is an offer to sell securities, an investment contract, or a promise of profit.
6. Acceptable use & fraud
You may not abuse the Service, manipulate metrics, farm rewards, harass others, or violate law. We may review, withhold, reverse, or refuse rewards for policy violations, fraud, or ineligible activity. Public statuses (Eligible, Reviewing, Approved, Rejected, Paid) may appear; internal risk thresholds remain confidential.
7. Third-party services
Streams, wallets, blockchains, and social platforms are third-party services with their own terms. ClipPay is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions by those providers.
8. Disclaimers & limitation
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipPay disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the prior three months or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where prohibited.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Contact

These documents describe how ClipPay works today. If anything conflicts with a signed agreement or campaign brief, the more specific terms control. For legal notices use the contacts listed on each page.
